Well it's that time of year again when I decide on my "one little word" for the year.
At the end of 2009 I heard about the concept of chosing one little word for the year to focus on instead of making resolutions through reading Ali Edwards blog which you can find out more about by clicking here. I chose my first word for 2010 and loved the whole concept of it and it has become a tradition for me now.
This year I have chosen the word Kind (or should I say it chose me). I had a word picked out and then the night before New Years Eve I woke in the middle of the night and the word kind was just stuck in my head.
I am excited to see where this one little word will take me this year.

By focusing on the word kind this year I am hoping to be kinder to people around me and notice the kindness of others as well. Today I was touched by the kindness of a nurse at the doctor's office when I went in because I am not feeling too well.
